1991 3000gt will not start

1991 3000gt will not start
So it started at first but gradually it would not start more often just crank and crank all day.
no signal from the ptu so replaced that it stařed and then did its usual thing of not starting the next day. Replaced the cas and repaired the ecu but still does not start
in need of help here
