I have a 1995 mirage w/1.8L it has no spark and the unavailability of a manual makes troubleshooting a blind affair. who has an answer to this exact issue?

 

Go find a manual for the 1993-1994 Dodge/Plymouth Colt or Eagle Summit. They are the same cars, just different badges. I have looked since I bought my Mirage in 1995 and Mitsubishi never put out any manuals on the Mirage, but Chrysler did for their versions.

 

Thanks for the note, are you sure the 95' is the the same as the colt/summit mopar put out? Close will have to do. the thing has not got the conventional coil-pac, this version has the coil/dist/module- in one. I'll ck it out!

 

They are the same cars, except for the year. Mitsubishi made them for Chrysler. Dodge, Plymouth and Eagle just marketed them. Most of the differences are only in the options available (ex: ABS). You might be able to find a 95 colt manual, I dont know what year Chrysler stopped carrying them.
