Default 2000 Eclipse wont start after possible battery short

I have two subs and an amplifier installed in my car. While I was driving home, my power wire to my amp (connected to positive on battery) wiggled over and touched my ground terminal and melted through the cable, my engine instantly turned off, but all electronics stayed on, and that is where I found it when I popped the hood. I am assuming this is the root of my problems. I have checked all the fuses under the hood and under the dash, they all seem fine. The coils aren't firing, even if you put gas directly into the intake. Wont start. Help!!!

Check the fuses again.

Does the car crank when you try to start it?

The car cranks, but has no fire. Also, I checked all the fuses under hood and in the access panel, none blown. Any specific fuse I should be looking for ?

Probably fried either the ECU or the ignition control module.

The ECU is located on the passenger side somewhere beneath the glove box. You'll have to remove a small piece of black plastic to get to it.

Not too sure on the ignition control module. Should be just before the coils, so just follow the spark plug wires to the coils, and then to the ICM.
