Hello: 2008 Outlander with the keyless system. Noticed today that when you close the rear hatch the latching mechanism won't catch and therefore the hatch is not latched shut. Even operating the latch manually with a screwdriver acting as a striker it wont engage. Very cold here, would that have something to do with it. It's acting as though it is constantly receiving a signal to open the rear hatch. thx
