2009 Lancer GTS Brand new fog lights have condensation

2009 Lancer GTS Brand new fog lights have condensation
I just got my 2009 Lancer GTS for 3 days and I noticed my both my fog lights have condensation, the drivers side worse than the passenger side. The drivers side dried up on it own, but passenger stays. Does any one have the same issue?
