Hey all. Just wanted to say HI and introduce myself to everyone. I just picked up a 2009 Lancer GTS 2.4L Manual (first non Automatic in a long time). It's Black on Black. To be honest this is my first car that isn't a Ford/Chevy.

But I love the car, the look, etc.

I do have some interest for installing a CAI, Cat back exhaust when income tax comes around. Can anyone head me in the right direction for a CAI and Exhaust?

i got rid of my 08 Lancer SE close to8 months after i bought it. and it wasnt because i didnt like it. i just decided that i wanted a 4wd vehicle so i picked up an Outlander. Lancer was a great car. Big enough to be a family type car, and sporty enough to keep me on my toes when I wanted.

im not sure about the exhaust modification. i cant remember the placement of the tailpipe at the end on the car, but when we did my wife's mustang (converstion to head back dual exhaust system) we had to go out and drop 500 on a new bumper cover (had to get the GT cover) to accomodate the holes necessary for the additional pipe.

i cant remember if this will be an issue for the Lancer because i simply dont remember the look of the back end of the car. keep it in mind tho.
