2011 Endeavor MMCS Software
Looking for some help. There are "greyed-out" items on my NAV system menus. One that is really bothersome is the inability to enter an address to navigate to. The dealer said that I could buy a map update and that would fix it. I am skeptical.
Will new map CD's fix the problem, or is there a software update for the operating system? Any help is appreciated.
