i have a 3.0 v-6 thats missing on the middle cylinder on passenger side has good compression and is getting fire and have tried a new fuel injector still misses any help would be appreciated call me 417 331 4800 or email me atone@centurytel.net

 

How do you know which cylinder is missing? Does it miss when idling, under load, what?

 

it misses all the time i pulled the plug wire and let it arch to the new plug

 

If the compression good it is possible to look on a spark plug and to understand the cylinder works whether or not

Remove plug, clean it, put it back in, run it for a while, then pull it and let us know what it looks like.
