Hey all, I am the new owner of a 91 RHD twin turbo GTO that I finally got from Japan. The car is in amazing shape except for this one complaint: The guy that owned it in Japan did a stealth body conversion on it (doors, front & rear lights, sideskirts, front & rear fenders, and yes, even the spoiler) which is cool, except that the side skirts are both broken. I cant seem to find any stealth side skirts, even though I live in Canada haha. On ebay, there is a pair of GTO sideskirts (3000GT style) for my year. Would anybody know if they'd line up decently with all of the stealth panelling (body lines, door, etc.)?

everything should match up...the stealth and 3000gt are the same car.

 

It would line up, but it would stupied with the Stealth body parts. imo.

 

sorry, i dont quite understand...you mean body lines wise?

 

for example a 1st gen stealth side skirts and hood would go directly on to the 1st gen 3000gt. The first or second gen 3000gt front end could go onto a stealth as well.

 

yeah i know that, im just wondering if the sideskirts from a 3000gt would look funny sitting in the middle of all stealth parts.

 

I don't think the body lines would flow.

 

im not too sure. i took pics of them from ebay and photoshopped them ontop of my car, and things looked pretty good. i was just wondering if anyone has actually ever done it before i forked out the dough for them.
