my trunk will not open, the button inside does nothing, no sound or anything, key goes all the way in, only turns about quarter of the way it seems...my father thinks the key actually lets the solenoid pop the trunk open so he thinks the solenoid is dead....how to open to fix this?!?! im out of town 2 states away, had a flat on way to here....worried about driving back with no access to spare...any advice is much appriciated. im going to look at the fuses i guess now...ill update

 

hrm weirdest thing happened I turned the valet button ON and the button worked! ......dunno why, but key is still jammed and wont turn hardly at all, I hope it pops open again.
