Default 93 Eclipse Fuel Pump

Hi, just joined.

Replaced fuel pump in 1998 with a lifetime warranty at Pep Boys. Pump is bad and they claim that it also needs a sending unit (so I need to pay extra). Aren't the pump and sending unit separate? I think they maybe messing with me because the pump now costs over $200 and they don't want to cover it.

Thanks.

man i am not hating on anyone who works at pepboys but... the one by my house in columbus ohio, everytime my father took his truck in something else was convienently going bad at the same time. so after he got it back he had to take it in again and again until we had another shop look at it and they said that they were purposly creating incidents to have us come back. pepboys=bad (at least the one at in my area)
