96 eclipse rs throttle body spacer problem high rev!

So I bought a throttle body spacers or my intake and when I installed and started it revved up to 5800rpm and would not not deaccelerate, we turned off rather quickly, took the throttle cable off and tried again with no cable attached to the throttle. The same thing on startup. So it was then getting dark some switched back to factory way( no t.b.s) and it was like.nothing ever happened....wtf?
By now im pissed and miserable it's only 110* outside in Texas and 4. Hours taking this crap on and off! It was bad enough I had to custom the bracket. Does any 1 know what is going on? I did pulled battery positive cable for reset and same thing. Oh here is the link to the purchased throttle body spacer? Please help.... Swear on all my integrity PayPal reward to 1st who offers permernit solution. Won't b much I'm poor. I think I have like $6-$7 in my PayPal and guess what, it could be all yours, if u tell me wtf is wrong with this pos.?.... Obx link is to the purchased t.b.s.
