ok my friend has a 91 eclipse gs and its an auto trans it wont change gears from 1st to 2nd. anybody ever had this problem before and what did you do to fix it? thanks

 

i had a 91 tsi awd that only was in 3rd and it was the ecm

 

thanks for the info. well check it out. did you just take it in to an auto shop or did you have to take it to the dealer? we were just gonna replace the trans. you know what the trans. is in the 90 eclipse gs 2.0L none turbo?
