i have a Q. about Blacked out Headlights.
is it worth it? if i black out my headlights...will i be able to see the road at night when i turn my lights on w/ Nokya blue lightbulb? (not hids)
i read some forum that someone took the blacked out headlights cuz they couldn't see anything at night.
