Blower motor turns on when key is out of the ignition.
Hi,
i have a 2002 lancer ES with 102000 miles on it. For some reason the blower motor is still getting power even when the key is not in the ignition. I have already replaced the blower relay, the resistor, and the ignition switch. I don't know what else it could be. Please help
