Has anyone had any issues where when you tighten down your exhaust cam it wont turn? I rebuilt the head used my same old cams but for some reason when i tighten atleast 2 caps down it will not turn. Im not sure what the deal is but i was thinking just enlarging where the cam sits and the cap just enough to let it turn. ??

 

are you greasing the caps? And are you tightening with the correct torque
