I have a 96 Lancer with a 4G92 engine. I developed a problem where after running the car for a while and shutting it off it would not start until the engine is cooled down for at least a half hour. I figured it may be a compression issue so I changed piston rings and valve spring seals along with spark plug seals and teh connecting rod bearings just for sport. The car still has the problem, after running for a period of time, when the engine is shut off it would not start. it will swing like once and thats it. would could be the possibe solution to that problem?
