Cranks but does not turn over.
I just replace a head on a 96 Eclipse non-turbo. The engine cranks but will not turn over. Have 50-60 psi of pressure on cylinder #1. The timing seems to be aligned correctly. Have spark. Have gas. Any suggestions?
