On my Galant, when I attempt to lock the doors with the lock switch, the rear only lock. The front attempts to move slowly, but will not lock. Since it is only the front door locks that don't work, do you think that the door lock relay could be the problem?

 

If they move slowly or try to move I'd assume that both door lock actuators are bad.
