Drivers side door lock

Default Drivers side door lock
Hi I inadvertently locked my grandchild inside my 2018 Outlander PHEV so the alarm went off. Since then the Drivers side door is impossible to unlock as is the cover for the charge point. All other doors and talegate open normally.
does anyone have a clue how to unlock the drivers door?
