I'm trying to change the air filter for the first time for my '06 eclipse GS, im having a hard time letting it fall back into place. I don't have much experience in tech work, but have changed minor things like filters before. Is there a easier way of doing it? The manual just says to remove the clips and change the filter (K & N), but once the filter is in...the filter itself seems to have fall into place fine, but the exterior doesnt seem to fall back into place where I can fasten the clips back on. Any clues?
