my' 95 eclipse car alarm will not stop going off, the remote is not deactivating it and weve disconnected and connected that battery and the alarm still goes off as soon as the battery is connected again. can anyone help in solving the problem? I have removed the anti theft fuse under the steering wheel and that did not help not to mention this problem causing my car to start also too because of some anti theft feature

 

did you try to put your key in the door and turn it off that way. it sounds like a bad ground. hook it back up and try using the key to shut it off.
