Default Engine noise when accelerating only in reverse or drive

Hello all, new member here. Just finished introducing myself in another post...
anyway I am having an issue with my mitsubishi outlander 2003 2.4L any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated here is what happens.
Engine makes rattling noise when put in reverse or drive and accelerating, it starts to become noticeable around 1500 rpms. The rattling noise does not occur in park or drive however. If put in drive or reverse rpms drop like it is about to stall then it accelerates itself to idle fine. I have uploaded a video of the noise. any help would be appreciated. thanks in advance

Here is a description of what happens in the video.
Start accelerating in parking @ 18 seconds to about 2000 rpms
@ 43 seconds switch to reverse, this is where stalling occurs
@ 51 seconds start accelerating and rattling begins to sound noticeable around 1 minute mark
