I have an 03 Lancer OZ it has a 2.0 4 cylinder engine with 150k miles on it. My plan is to run it till it the engine dies but after that the hope is I can swap the engine out and replace the stock parts for performance ones but I'm wondering what kind of engines would be compatible with the 5 speed tranny that would also give me a gain in hs? Any info/suggestions would be helpful!
