Found this next to my car ....
I bought a 97 Eclipse RS & a few days later found this little cap next to my car , any ideas as to what it goes to ?? i'v notice it's leaking oil or brake fluid now.
On the cap theres it says ( - ) <---> (+) Flow Control.
