a cheap mod is to get only a cone air filter. You can buy them cheap, and just replace the stock air box with it. But there isnt anything other than that, thats really cheap or free that will do anything.

There isnt really anything you can do to get more horspower for freew/ an rs. The only real thing you can do is what TE said and which is probably the cheapest thing you can do.
