Default Galant stalling--Help!

Ok guys, ive stumped at least 20+ people on this one....here we go.

2001 Galant , 2.4 , code 0340 - Cam sensor.

Stalling issue. If the car has been sitting overnight it will start right up. Runs great. After it warms up, and the idle drops down (about 8 minutes or so), it will start to miss...and stall. At this point, it will start right back up but stall within 3 seconds---every time. Let it sit overnight --same scenario.

New parts =
2 diff cam sensors , crank sensor , timing belt tensioner , timing belt looks nice like its been replaced , new cam sensor pigtail , different PCM , swapped out the coolant temp sensor , new spark plugs, 1 new coil .

voltage good at cam sensor , alt and battery good. Ive read that it could be the starter??? how is that possible? I will mention that the starter doesnt work 100% of the time so its going bad. (clean terminals) .

Anyone want to play this game for awhile ?? winner gets 20 bux paypal !!

the clue is-----engine runs perfect until it warms up.

oh, and i checked for vac leaks ...found none.
