Default Headlight Help, Please

I got a pair of halo projector angel eye headlights for my Eclipse.. for the most part they just clip right in. But there is a second set of wiring that doesn't go to anything yet. I don't know where or what to wire them too. It's a red wire and black wire. I'm assuming that they are to power the Angel Eye LEDs running up the inside of each headlight. Can anyone tell me where i need to wire these into my car?

Also, I need suggestions for a good set of Ultra White (maybe blue) bulbs. Pure white. I can't stand stock color bulbs. Any info would be big help.

Thanks, guys

I don't need a ballast. They aren't HID bulbs.

Anyways, I got my headlights in and they are working properly. High and lows, halos and angel eyes in all.

Next step is to get new bulbs for the high and lows. I found the brand and color i want, but is there a specific make of the bulbs i need for my car? or are they universal to where you just buy the bulbs and install them, regardless of the make/model of both the car and headlights..
