Default help me

hi my name is joe and im new to dsms i have had hondas all my life now i have a 1990 gsx here is the problem i rebuild the motor put a cyclone turbo on it a fmic and a greedy bov now here is the prob when i start it up it idles ruff like it wants to die and if i step on the gas it will only go up to 2500-3000 rpms and not go into boost i made a pressure test from vfaq hooked it up and blew air in they said what your boost gauge so its dose not go above 20psi it never moved and i did not here any hissing or leaking air but it never pressured up i took the uicp off and plug it up and put air in and it held air then im stuck and would anyhelp if anybody knows what iy could be thanks joe

Did you adjust the BISS screw in the MAF? Usually that will cure you're rough idle problem, since you're familiar with the vfaqs there is a writeup about it there. As for the engine revving to 3krpm and no more...It seems like the engine is starving for air or fuel.....most likely air. Try and pressure check the fmic. Also make sure the fuel system is working correctly. Hope this helps, and good luck.

after that check/pull/clean your injectors.. its a '90, so maybe they have never been cleaned/replaced? possibility
