Default how does everyone feel about a flood damaged car?

I'm looking into a 2002 OZ rally but it was flood damaged. Its a good price but im not too sure if its worth it. the dealership claims to be able to fix it all in their shop but ive never dealt with anything like this before. anyone got any suggestions?

I wonder if it's a car from Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans?

the main question is salt water or fresh. I have rebuilt flood history vehicles before but shy away from salt water flood vehicles due to it may be fine this month but the salt continues to corrode which is nightmare for electrical components. Remember too that "flood damage" on the title follows that vehicle for it's entire life as well as fire and in most states "economical total loss". It would have to be an extremely good deal because you will lose so much value when you sell due to history.
