How to take windsheild wiper arm off?
I have a 99' Spyder eclipse... I took the cap off and removed the bolt but the arm wont come off. It looks like it is sitting on a rubber "thing". The replacment arm has no threading or anything to keep it on (other than the bolt that holds it on) so I am wondering if it is glued or what... How do I get it off so I can replace it with the new arm?
Please help as soon as possible.

I remember when my one bolt on my 99 spyder came loose the one went up slower than the other and they broke each other..the only thing i've seen on mine is the single bolt which was under the cap like you said..it should be just the single bolt. did you try to use a little pressure pulling, maybe it hasnt been taken off in 7 years like mine

actually about two posts down someone said
took it to mitsubishi and all he did was grab a wrench, and tighten the screw in the back & front- they worked fine after that. apparently it loosend the screws in the short time they

K you have the 1 bolt out already right? You may need a screwdriver or something but it should pop up and off. Just make sure to loc-tite the bolt when you put it back in. That way it wn't back out.
