Default RE: IAT Sensor

it's pretty typical to find the IAT sensor mounted inside the intake plenum (intake manifold)

Sorry I cant say where exactly. If no one else knows, the easiest thing to do would be to go to a mitsubishi dealer and go to the parts department. Ask them if they have in stock the IAT sensor for your car. Weather they do or not, they will look it up on there computer. Mitsubishi parts departments, as well as most dealers, have breakdown pictures of the parts on there computers. More than likely, it will show where the IAT sensor goes. So while looking it up ask them to show you where there computer shows it to go. You might not have to ask if they have it in-stock as if you wanted to buy it. Its just that with my experience some parts guys are dicks unless your buying something. Of course you can usually tell within a few words if they're cool or not. You could call and do the same thing I guess.
