Hey all,

i have an internal coolant leak, so I firstly want to rule out the EGR cooler. Instead of paying a garage to pressure test it I am going to just blank it and divert the coolant. I can the keep an eye on coolant and if still loosing then I know it’s a bigger issue!

question is, can I just delete the EGR valve or do I have to delete at the manifold before the EGR cooler?

concern is hot exhaust gases filling the EGR cooler with no coolant running through it.
