2002 Galant 3.0. Replaced the IAC and reset them ecm. Upon initial startup car will idle high and after a minute or so will settle down to about 1000rpm. It does this by the rpm dropping really low then surges until its levels out. Stop at a traffic light and it repeats the same senario.
Any clue what I should do? I'll check for codes tomorrow.
