Lighting Mods Suggestions??
I own a 2008 Lancer GTS and want to mod my bulbs. Does anyone know of legal different colored bulbs that work on the stock unit and are of good quality? I really want JDM Yellow, but I'm not sure if it's legal in Minnesota or not, cause I can't seem to find straight answers or just looking at the wrong places. Any help and suggestions would help.

JDM yellow is nothing but a bulb change worthless-2cents unless HIDS
there is a guy selling bi-xenon HID on the thread man 90+shipping is well worth it. Low/high beam hids
Personally I have 8k blue HIDs
all I can say for you to find out light laws in minnesota is to look it up on your dmv website. good luck.
