My locks arent working. You can hear something clicking when I press the button both in the car and keyless entry. Every now and then depending how often I press the lock unlock button my power windows wont work either. How can I reset this? Owner's manual said to wait a minute and then hit the lock unlock button again but this is not working. Please help.
Just realized I forgot to include the model. Its a 2010 Endeavor

 

I believe there is a relay that clicks when you press the lock/unlock button..
Did you check the fuses?

 

Thank you gir replying. I did try the fuses and nothing. Driver's side door locks on its own when I turn on the car. Not sure what else to do. Im a little low on funds so taking it to the dealership is not an option at this point in time.

 

Does the driver side lock/unlock when you press the button?

Does it lock and then unlock? Can you lock/unlock the other doors by hand?

What if you try the key?

You checked all the fuses and they are all good?
