Question Might be a suspension problem...not sure

First off, my eclipse is lowered and I've never had any problems with the suspension. But yesterday the problem started...It drives and runs fine but now if I speed up over 60mph the back end seems wishy-washy, like it's pulling to the right and then back. If I'm driving under 60mph it seems to be perfectly fine. I checked all the tires, and they're all good and at the right psi. Any ideas of what could be causing this?

alignment would be my first thought but you would notice that at low speeds as well.
