I have a 2004 mitsu ralliart, lately when you start going and hit the clutch to shift some rattles very hard on the front... i try replacing the sway bar end links but still does it, now im going to try replacing the bushings of the sway bar to see if it is..also when you drive on bumby roads you can hear it too...i checked the whole muffler from manifold to pipe and is all good,,, what can it be.....any suggestions???? Thank You

 

i would look around in the suspension to see if u can find any rubber pieces that broken cracked worn or anything. if not the suspension, u said it happens when u push the clutch in, try revving the engine in neutral and in gear with the clutch pushed in and see if there is a difference.

 

trying to help you with noises over the internet is next to impossible. All i can tell you is try and figure out which side its comming from and then start looking around. But is the sound metal on metal? Is it something that could be a blown strut? Or is it just more like something is loose?
