Default Misfiring cylinder in an '03 eclipse

Hey guys, i joined the forum because i needed to get some advice from people that know a lot about Mitsubishi vehicles. I recently bought an 03 eclipse GTS. It has a 3.0 l V6 engine in it. Well the other night i was out on the highway. I gradually came up onsome slower moving trafficso i pulled out to start making some passes. The car went into overdrive as usual, but all of a sudden the service engine soon light came on. This caught me by total surprise because I just purchased the car about 2 weeks ago. I went down to the local auto parts store and hooked up the diagnostic tool that they have and i got two error messages, both saying "cylinder 2 misfire" Obviously im going to go back to the dealer tomorrow when they are there, but I'm wondering how serious of an issue this is or could be?

Could be just a plug or wires, but could also be a bad valve or rocker.
