hi guys, can anyone help me, i have a mitsubishi gto model 92 it has a dohc 3.0 turbo engine. the problem is that it only starts when a warning light in the dash appears, i think its the sign for the catalytic converter. it looks like an exhaust pipe with wavy lines on top. and when the car starts it shuts off again in a few seconds. then you have to wait again for the sign to appear before it starts again. hope someone out there can help me with my problem.

 

im not totally sure but i think that is a temperature guage warning of hot temps. Dont know how that could come on like it is though
