97 MIts eclipse

I dunno why, how this happened.. but for now,., i cannot drive my car @ nite time.. My tail light fuse 10A keep on popping. even if i tried putting higher amps. same deal, THEY POP. can someone help!!

i did not do anything new to the car. this just suddenly happened..

There is a short circuit in the wiring and it does not matter what amp fuse you put in they will keep poping. This is a safety feature to prevent damage to the rest of the electrical system. You will need to trace the short and fix it or take to a repair shop.

Look for frayed wiring under dash or near the light themselves, I agree with JC you have a short.

 

had the same problem, i hooked up my cd player's illumination to somethin weird..just a thought
