need help badly

the battery is still up but there is no response when i crank it up. Is it the battery or spark plug? I tried to jump it with another car but it doesn't wrok either. whats the problem.

if it just makes a clicking noise, most likely the starter, if it doesnt do anything, either the coil, plugs or plug wires.
