What happens if your oil gauge goes all the way up?

that means your oil pressure is way to high, did you recently change your oil, and if so, how much did you put in.

I changed it about 3 moths ago, it went down but now its slowly going back up.When I'm on the freeway going about 80 to needle is almost to the top, then when I slow down it goes to less than half. I'm going to change the oil again maybe today. If you have any info let me know please.[sm=smiley20.gif]

try 10w-40, that might help, dont use more than 4 1\2qrts i think is what it calls for, make sure you dont have any leaking oil lines i.e.- to the turbo

Well I took it to a shop and they told me that the turbo is kind of bad, they didn't tell me exactly, because they have to take it a part. You think it might be that?

oil pump? i dont have a turbo so im not sure, but thats gonna get expensive real quick if it is, id check the pump first........
