Default Oil Pressure Light

Hello! I have a 2003 Lancer that just had its oil changed about 2 weeks ago and over the past couple of days the oil pressure light has been coming on but only when I am stopped, once I take my foot off the brake and accelerate it goes off. It also seems that the car needs to be warm before it will come on. It takes me about 40 minutes to get to work and it didn't start coming on until I was almost to work. I also drove with the radio off and didn't hear any weird noises and I park in the same space every day and have never noticed any oil on the ground. Any ideas and or help? Is it safe to drive? I am going to take it back to where I got the oil changed for them to check it but can't do that until the weekend. Thank you!!!
