Hey guys,

I am in the process of building up a G63B, I am at the point of fitting the oil pump and ran into a snag.

My old pump ran a 10mm drive shaft, the new pump is 12mm - I am having trouble finding a pulley to suit.

I found a 12mm pulley off "something" which was a bit longer and slightly smaller ID but a bit of time on the lathe to shorten it and increase the ID at the base to fit over the shaft housing and it appears to fir about 2mm proud of where the old pulley sits.

What pump have I got here? It was advertised as a 6-bolt pump. Where can I find a pulley that fits? or even a part number. I would like to use this pump as it has the helical gears and not the smaller straight cut gears.

The other issue this has opened up is the pulley I machined to fit is for a round tooth belt, my cam and crank sprockets are both square tooth (I think I found a round tooth equivelant part on ebay for the crank and have an adjustable cam pulley which is round tooth so I should be OK for these two, just this oil pump drive pulley is giving me grief!)
