Pajero front oil seal

Pajero front oil seal
Hello All
I have a 95 3.5L DOHC Pajero which has a leaking front crank seal. When the car went in for the 200000 service and the timming belt and front seal were replaced the mechanic noted there was a groove cut in the crankshaft were the seal sits. They ended up off setting the seal and after three atempts it sealed. This lasted for a further 30000km and is now leaking again. Before I ask someone to dive in and try to fix I was wondering if anyone has had a similar problem. The normal fix short of removing the crank and regrinding would, I thought been a sleeve but after much searching no-one makes a 37mm sleeve.
Cheers for any help
