Powering steering leak!!!!!
This guy just changed my timing belt and water pump Saturday. Now I go to drive today and I hear a whining sound. I open the hood and check the power steering level. Its super low and there is powering steering fluid around the pump. Do you think this guy may have messed something up when changing the timing belt?? The fluid level was fine before.
I would say that probably nothing wrong. He probably just forgot to refill it when he was done. If he removed it from the engine mount, there is a sensor on the front of the pump that screws into the pump that he would have had to take off. Check that and make sure that is tight and that the hose connections are ok. If everything is tight, fill the resivoir with fluid and u should be good.
