Hey there;

Looking to change the serp belt on my 03 outlander. It screeches when or after it rains, so I'm planning to do it this weekend. Anyone got a digraphm of how to route it? I'm concerned I won't remember how to correctly put it on after I get it off........

 

OK -- just to close the loop on this, was able to make the swap pretty quickly -- actually took me longer to pull the plastic protector on the bottem of the car, and the find the tensioner pully and the 1/2 inch slot to use my rachet and long extension on. After I had the belt routing in my memory, I loosened the tensioner, slipped the belt off, and put the new one on.

Sounds quieter and we'll see if it is quiet tomorrow, as it's supposed to rain....
