Default Spacestar engine cutting out

I have a problem with a Mitsi Spacestar 1.9 DID Equippe.

The engine runs fine with all throttle in neutral. Under load (in gear) the engine miss-fires then cut-out at full throttle. Once this has happened, the engine management light goes on and the engine refuses to re-start. If the ignition is turned off, the engine will re-start fine. The fuel consumption has dropped according to the dashboard gauge but my manual calcultaions show different (38.2MPG on gauge 45.9MPG actual).

Any ideas?

Spark plugs and spark plug wires.
Yep, replace them and you'll be good to go.

A bit of a problem with replacing the spark plugs ON A DIESEL! It's a DiD Equippe (See first thread).

It turned out that the problem was the biodiesel cleaning out the tank. The fuel filter had got blocked and was starving the engine of fuel under load. Fish Bros (Mitsy dealship) found the problem and changed the filter. The engine runs real sweet now.
