I have a 2002 Lancer Oz with stock cept exhaust,intake.

K so my car sqeaks from under the hood when
1.Started
2.Let go of gas while moving
3.Clutch Engages or Disengages

Its a fairly short squeak
I've been told it could a belt (but why wouldn't it always squeak if its a belt)

Btw it doesn't sqeak when sitting still reving.

I've been thinking that it's something to do with the Trans or Clutch.

Plz Help.

 

I decided to take it to a shop here and get help troubleshooting this problem.
Turned my car on and we spent about 20 minutes under the hood until we found a huge crack in my exhaust right off the headers. the Pipe was about to fall of and it squeaked every time it was shook. Got it welded by a friend and found that the original owner didn't put the middle hanger on the exhaust which is why it had so much free movement to make it crack.
